We have completed nearly 1600 modifications since 2006 and know what lenders require for a successful outcome. Based on our experience and working relationships with all of the major banks and lenders, we are confident of being able to obtain a successful modification IF you qualify with a financial or medical hardship. Even if you've been denied a modification with your bank multiple times, we still encourage you to apply. Many of our successful modifications were completed after the lender denied the modification request from the homeowner. Please provide accurate information. After you have completed the application you can expect a phone call within 24 to 48 hours from one of our loan modification consultants.
If you are qualified with our first stage of underwriting, you will need to provide the following documents to complete the final underwriting process.
Monthly expense report listing all monthly bills
Pay stubs for each borrower for one month, or other income information
Copies of most recent bank statements for most recent 60 days
Signed federal tax return with all schedules
Most recent mortgage statements (1s and 2nd mortgage)
Hardship letter
